I have to agree with you on that! I ordered several items from them back in April. I received 2 of the 3 items I ordered but the 3rd was a pair of cold weather gloves. It's been over 6 weeks now and I still don't have my gloves!! I have never been able to get through to customer service, they always disconnect me after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone. I have never received any reply to any email I have sent them, other than a reply with a trouble ticket number, which never gets solved. Ridegear sucks in a major way!! STAY AWAY!!
