OK, I know my wires are not crosses on coils. So what's causing the popping sound when I decelerate on the Raider?
Is it the EXUP valve?
Will aftermarket pipes take care of that?

HELP!

Mine does that also, not all of the time, just sometimes. I wouldn't mind knowing either. I know on regular carberation it is a lean condition usually fixed by raising the needles.

I agree with coyote. The big v-twin will have that little pop-pop-pop on deceleration sometimes. It's all good.

Mine actually backfires. Not a lot but often when downshifting. Do I need to chang the settings on my cobra Fi2000 Fuel Injection Module to stop this backfiring.

what ever your setting is on the green pot the first one, increase
it by one. example if it is 1 increase it to 2 if that does not work try 2.5 ,also check for exhaust leak

Impaler,
he is referring to the Cobra Fuel Controller if that is what you were asking.
