Patches look great. How could I get one without having a pay-pal account?

I don't think you need a PayPal account. Luke has one.
You can just click the PayPal link, and follow the information on that page.
Just the info on the left side of the page. The right side is if you HAVE an account, which you don't need, to buy.
Name, Address, Credit Card # etc.
