Oil Leak

Good Day every one just joined, this forum, Glad to see there is a raider forum

Having an issue just changed my oil and gear oil, and had a leak which I didnt know where it was coming from.

I though it was my brakes at first then thought it was coming from the transfer case, found out it was oil.

I attached a picture, it is coming out of the circled area, due to me over filling the oil by a bit.

my question after, did I damage it or should it stop after I remove some oil?

going to work on it today. any help/info is greatly appreciated.
