To flash or not to flash?

I was wondering how.many of you have had your ecu reflashed? As opposed to a tuner. If so what are your thoughts? Worth every dime, or waste of time?

I looked into Ivan's as well but I decided to go with a local Dyno tune and I absolutely love it made 95 HP and 123 ft lb and the bike just runs better all-around
