Cool Classic KZ1100 carb to FI conversion

    I'm building a custom bike from a 83 KZ1100a.

It has a carburated. The carbs work ok. But I was wondering if I switched to FI would I get better preformace? I know a 83 GPZ1100 used FI. I'm able to get the GPZ parts off ebay.

Anybody have thoughts on the pros and cons?

I heard about the Z1100A, it's working is very good and engine is air cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 2 valve per cylinder. It is a bike that acquired its reputation as a long-distance motorcycle by default.
