Pricing on New 2009 Raider S

Hello all!

I found a new 2009 Raider 1900CSYB making it a Black S--I love the subtle red graphics in the black tank. No miles, new bike, full warranty, factory financing. Any ideas on a good OTD price today?

I have no real idea I know new but still 3 yrs old I say 2500 of 2009 MSRP at min.

i purchased an 09 raider with 850 miles on it in jan for $9000 if that helps and i think NADA is $14500 and i do believe the bike was around $16000 in 09 so not sure . hope this helps

I am thinking more like $3500.

And, I finally test rode a used 09 today. It's hard to find them used at a friendly dealer. He wants $9000 for the used non-S, which I think is too close to a new S. But, to steal a phrase to describe the ride: "Man I gotta get me one of these!"

The used non S with 4500 miles all stock is priced on the internet at $8960 at one dealer and when he worked me up an OTD this afternoon he started with that number. We were close but I was looking for a bit more on the trade and ran into a guy in the parking lot who was interested in my bike. That might just get me that extra since one of my business cards fell on the ground next to him when the dealer went inside.

Another dealer 30 minutes away has a new 09 S with a price hanger on it at $10,997. I am guessing the new one could be bought a bit less based on him having the bike for awhile now. I thought new MSRP for the S was probably mid 14's since today they are $15,190-15,390. At $10997, I am thinking OTD should be about $11,800 with our 3% sales tax on vehicles.

I paid mid 11's tax and all out the door on my new 2011 S a few months back .

Dealer was good to me on the trade, and I walked out with it today. 0 miles...it was really brand new, they have had it for 2 years, they bought several and I got the last one. I love the red detail in the black paint. Price was $12,428 OTD inc road tax, prep, freight, tags, title, and inspection. I'm pretty happy. We missed the rain on the way home, the first 10 miles on the bike and it sure smells new, but now it's sprinkling so I am going to have to wait until tomorrow to put miles 11-100 on it. I told them I would see them in a week for the 600 mile break in oil change.

That is great timing! My one child will be here, but I will see. I just moved to Charlotte, and have not seen the kids for weeks, but they sometimes make plans. Sounds like a great time.

If you think you might come up for a couple days check out the lodging page...the Best Western is booked so you would have to call the Microtel....riders are coming in from all over the eastern US as well as Canada and 6 from England.
