No when I painted my bike last year I took the forks off and painted them the same color.Then just added the spikes and flames for a one of a kind touch.

Thanks for the nice comment, I have done all the work on my bike myself, it is an 08 orignally a raven but painted it last year myself during the winter. Put mini apes on, and and oil cooler, oil pressure gauge, and the functioning spike that I am most proud of, definatley one of a kind. Plus a hundred other varios mods and additions. Like you I love to ride, I live over her in rigby Id. if your ever over this direction drop in. You have a very nice raider also.
