    Default Kuryakyn Pegs

Has anyone put these pegs on their bike? If so do you like them and did they look and feel? I grew up on Harley so the leaned back legs out is more what i'm used to. Just wasn't sure if these did much for that on the legs.

    Something like that style anyway.

I have'm and absolutely love'm. They give you up to an extra 3" of leg room depending on how you rotate them.

I've had them for 3+ yrs and are very comfortable. You will need to purchase the adapters.
Since I added a highway bar & pegs, I keep the swings in the closed position to use as a floorboard.

I was going to get these also as I think they would be great; however...some friends just yesterday told me that they know people who have these and are very unhappy with them, that over time, they become loose and flop around and you spend a lot of time tightening them up, etc.

    I may get them anyhow!!

When in the open position, do they affect your lean angle? I've dragged the stock pegs numerous times.

It all depends on how you mount them, if you mount them kinda flat then I'd say yes, but I have had mine on for a couple years and ride twisties in the mountains every year at the rally and have only scraped one of them once and that was leaving a parking lot crossing a road with alot of crown in it.

That's good to know. Been looking to change out stock pegs for something a bit bigger, but not floorboard big.

    Default Swing Wing's

Just installed the swing wing peg by kury a week ago, maybe 2. Must say, so far I love them! So many options of how to rest your feet on them that i have no fear of leg cramps on long rides anymore . As far as lean angle, well I can say that putting a new set of pegs on, regardless of shape and design, always makes me very cautious to lean into the turns like I used to with my stock pegs. These are no different, definitely am "re-learning" how to corner a bit but so far havent had any scraping issues, but as I said I have been being very alert on corners to watch and see how close they get. I find that the pegs will actually give you more of a lean angle when they are "open". Assuming you pitch them up a bit like the stock pegs are that is, as another mentioned if you mount them "flat" then it will cut into the lean a bit. All in all, super happy with my purchase, have had no problems and as already stated by another member..If you install them right then they wont loosen up while on the road
