Who buys this crap and what on that thing resembles a '57 Chevy anyway? To me it looks like something Herman Munster would ride.

Ya, it takes a pretty good imagination to see that as a 57 Chev LOL

I see it clearly in the headlight! Maybe the rear wheels,Oh! above the saddle bags. You can bet there were a lot of suds helping with this theme bike.As they always say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I do think the Saddlebags and Passenger Armrests are a nice touch.

Here's the 57 Chevy that he used as inspiration

There are hours worth of fun in picking this thing apart, aside from the whole 57 Chevy thing. The sketchy welds, the liberal use of electrical tape to cover, what I must surmise are, even worse welds, the goofy passenger arm rests, the hi tech sound system, the elegant instrument panel and so on.

Come on guys,, everyone is just being mean because most do not possess the skills it took to may such a road worthy trike, i personally prefer the dash and consider it a fine piece of sheet metal work. thanks for posting Elvis as i would not have wanted to miss this one!!

I think the trunk lid could be from a 57 Chevy with modifications .

Another way of looking at it is the builder was able to be in the wind.My first and only attempt at poking a V8 in a Harley was not pretty.EJ Potter would have been proud.

I love the gauge, in front of the shifter, that's held on with a hose clamp. Makes you wonder about the build quality of the rest of that contraption. Of course, the seller did state that it's very valuable, so who am I to critique it?

    Barry,

You must remember Jim, from Crowsnest, who built his own trike, with a 454 BB, auto with a Corvette rear end in it. I know he knows you and I'm wondering if you have any pictures of it.

The trike is along the same lines as this one here, nothing fancy or pretty about it, but engineered a little better.

It was fun to see him riding toward you on the highway at about Mach 1 from time to time. He used the same barber as Jack Phillips.

    Bryan
