DJ said to tell you to have the coffee ready. Cup'a Joe and she's ready to go!

    Lets ride!!

(ok, now to wait about 20 hours before someone posts a response on this busy thread.... )
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body but, rather to skid in sideways on your Raider on your last drop of gas – Body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming “WOO HOO, What a Ride!”

Backyard.jpgSo you guys don't have to hang out in the parking lot this year or if you don't want to hang out around the pool - there will be a 20' x 40' tent set up under the trees along with tables and chairs in the backyard -

Pool and hot tub hours....there aren't any!!

And YES for those of you that are staying in the rooms facing the backyard you can park your bikes on the grass in front of your room.

Ready for the early morning get togethers with some good friends and a cup of coffee to plan the days ride.

Ready for the nights sitting around with some good friends, washing down a few cold ones and... maybe a shot or two of tequila... to discuss the days ride and plan the next day’s ride.

Ready to get together with some good friends after a beautiful day of riding for a good dinner and a few laughs.

Ready to get together with some good friends and taste some of Mr. SpongBob’s cook’n.

Ready to get together with some good friends and enjoy some of the best roads in the country, bar none.

Ready to find those hole in the wall places that you only run accross on the back roads that turn out to be some of the best places around to grab a sandwich and a soda for lunch.

Ready to get together with some good friends during the evenings for some serious “how to” questions, check out all the mods and take home some new ideas.

    I guess I am just ready ….

Well, I just wanted to bump this old thread up to the top one more time. One week from today and I will be either sitting at the house getting packed or already on the road to North Carolina. We are breaking heat records around here again so I am ready get the hell out of Dodge and hit the cooler weather and the great riding the area offers.
    Looking forward to seeing everyone!

I am beginning to get a little excited. Took a trip this weekend up to north Ark and hitting a few of the twisties and rolling through the tree coverd hills reminded me of NC. Man, I am ready to run down the parkway maybe catch 151, Grandfather mtn, cool off up at Mt Mitchell...and, I AM GOING TO DO THE DRAGON THIS YEAR!! This is our 4th trip and every time I say I am going to do it and never seem to make it but, this time I will conquer the Dragon!!

Did the weather cooperate with you folks? I remember during the one in Asheville a couple of years ago, we got caught in some serious thunderstorms.

We just have a little rain in the evening
