    Kimm,

The Semi is set up directly across from the old spot. Houston and Marv are in Stan's old spot.

That will be the HOT SPOT of the track!!!!
A lot of people will be exposed to V8 Bikes with those 3 sets ups

It always amassed me that someone would buy a Bourget for 70-80 grand, when you have superior V8 bikes for less money, lets hope you guys are slammed with people looks like the weather is in your favor also this week

Wow! Gorgeous set up! And nothing says sexy, like a Black Semi! Oh... and black bikes too!

Thanks for posting those pics David! Kinda gives us Canucks trapped in our Igloos, just how nice you cats have it down south!

Like Barry said... any pics on the transmission design? Although, the inner workings are more the issue... but it would be good to see the outer profile.

Keep the pics commin' lads! Hope to see Stan post on here one day soon! He's one cool cat!

    Default Pictures and Info

There has already been a lot of questions about the new transmission so I wanted to post some of the facts about the unit along with pictures.

The best description of the construction is stout, stout and more stout. It was designed from a clean sheet of paper with strength and reliability being of the utmost importance.

It is designed for wide open throttle in first gear, power shifting into second gear and WIDE OPEN throttle in second gear.

    It has a real reverse.

    It has Park.

    It has Neutral

The transmission is part of a brand new V8Choppers Touring bike that will have a rear suspension. This will be a completely separate motorcycle than the Chopper.

The rear swing arm will be mounted on large roller bearings that are perfectly concentric with the final drive in the transmission eliminating the chance of chain or belt tension change based on angle of the swing arm.

It will be available with a Chain or a belt drive.

The Chopper will remain un changed.

Well, this should put an end to those who doubted Stan would produce it! I can't wait to see what he builds around it. It will be awesome indeed!
