    Crazy Rick;

    I was shocked to read this tonight. I'm so proud of you for your deeds, and I feel Gerry is smiling now.

    RIP Gerry!

    Prayers sent for Dawn and Gerry's Family and many friends.

    I only got to meet Gerry, and Dawn at one rally at Billy's place in Panama City Beach, just before his medical problems, very nice guy with funny stories to tell. I also was hoping to see him again. R.I.P. Gerry, and hang in there Dawn.

    Unfortunately, I won't be able to see Gerry off and assist with honors. But I'll be there in spirit, if not body.
    I'll always remember him smiling.......and his "FunnyCar" burnout in front of Triple play on that badass yellow bike.

    This poster is from a benefit we had for him in '08.

    daBitch {my shovelhead}won 2nd place in the bike show {"custom" class}and the NASCAR stuff I donated for auction brought in over $800.00. A lot of very good friends & supporters of Dawn & Gerry attended and participated.

    I'd donate the rest of my collection to see him back w/Dawn and his family...my prayers are with you.

    RIP Gerry....forever one of the "good guys".

    My wife and I never had the pleasure of meeting Gerry, but after reading all the wonderful accolades on this thread, I wish we would have - he sounds like a great guy. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this sad time.

    There for a time the year before Brother Gerry got sick, it seemed like everywhere I went, there he was. I was lucky enough to ride with him a few times and it was always a good time. Gerry was a solid Brother and a genuinely great guy. His loss is truly ours and Grandfather now has a better Heaven for his arrival. I'll look for you in the Wind my Brother!

    Bill Van Sant,

    Thank you for taking care of Gerry by arranging for the Patriot Guard to escort him on his last ride.

    Here is a link to their site with moving tributes to our Brother.
