Sorry some how I lost the explanation. A few of you had I had talked to wanted to see the prototype adapter I was making for my Raider. Here it is in raw form. It allowed me to take the coils out of the spike tube and mount them back on the factory coil brackets. The whole thing comes off the same way the original cover did. The only difference is that I made a stainless steel spacer that attaches where the bottom part of the original cover gets pushed into the rubber gromet to support the weight!
